It's the same syndrome that somehow compels the most amazingly expansive lady in the WalMart store to pour herself into shocking pink lycra hot pants.. or for that matter the big bellied gentleman with the scrawny white spindly legs who feels dapper in wide legged shorts which come up to his man boobs...
