The Blind Men and the Elephant

"What most this wondrous beast is like

Deny the fact who can

This marvel of an Elephant

The Sixth no sooner had begun

About the beast to grope,

Than, seizing on the swinging tail

All is an illusion? Tell you what, smack your head as hard as you can against a brick wall and then tell me whether the wall and the pain you feel is an illusion or not.

Oh, maybe hit your head hard but not so hard you knock yourself out. That wouldn't be good.
