Wow, I was surprised to see this thread out again!

No, I was not aware that I had done so. I couldn't tell you from day to day what my post count was. I don't bother looking at them, but thanks for the congrats, just the same, Acc! :yh_bigsmi

If I ever learned to juggle, I'd juggle cigarette packs for you so you could shoot arrows at them. Would I survive such a stunt?

Nomad told an amusing story in the Ask Accountable thread involving a wet dollar bill. You've never accepted a wet dollar as a tip, have you? :-3

Considering all your experiences, all the things you've learned through life, through trials & tribulations, through good luck and good times, through simple conversation with wise people, do you prefer maynaise or salad dressing?

Pinky wrote: So...how did you find FG?

Who was here first - you or Bullet?
My first experience with a discussion forum was a place called "Bolt." I can't recall how I stumbled across it, but I got into it, and really liked the idea, as the chat rooms were getting so lame. I got into a debate about gun control and hunting, and was getting bashed left and right and getting really irritated at being called stupid names and not debating, but just getting trolled. Then I came to realize that it was teen forum!! There wasn't a soul in the place over 18!! But I liked the idea so much, I figured there had to be lots more discussion forums out there so I googled "Disscussion forums." FG was about the 3rd or 4th one I checked out, and when I opened it up, there on the home page was a thread about a show on Animal Planet that I watch religiously. I replied, made an intro thread, and have been hooked ever since.

My intro thread was very controversial and hit something like 12 pages. I loved it!!

When Bullet saw how much I was enjoying it, he joined a few months later, but didn't last real long because he couldn't control his tongue.

Paul was convinced for months that I hated him for banning Bullet, which was kind of funny to me, because I had warned Bullet, "If you say that, they ARE going to ban you!!" He did it anyway. He now has his own forums that he visits, mostly biker ones, obviously.

But he still kind of keeps tabs on what goes on here through me, because so many people here care about him.

My most favorite breed is the golden retreiver. Beautiful, smart, loyal to a fault, and the only thing they live for is to please their owner. I grew up with goldens, as my grandfather always had one living on the farm. They all lived into their teens, and I have MANY wonderful memories about trekking through the woods with "Goldie" at my side.

I can't say I have a least favorite, but I am not fond of fluffy little yappy ankle-biters. Give me a big, huge, slobbery, rough and tumble dog any day.

My least favorite dog ever, was Alex. My ex-boyfriends dog. A yorkie mix that was as dumb as a bag of hair and would bite. No matter what I did with this dog, the idiot ex would un-do, and he never punished Alex for biting me. God I hated that dog.

Mine? Very accurate. I can size people up pretty quickly. In 16 years of bartending you learn to pay close attention to body language, expressions, tone of voice, eye contact, etc. For others? Not a clue.

I know what you mean, BR. Your definition of love changes over time.

Cher, if there's one thing you've GOT to know about me by now, it's that I would have no problem at all telling you enough is enough!!

Definitely Bullet has the dominant personality. We are equals in every way, but he has me wrapped. I'd do anything in this world for him. And I know that he feels the same.

By the way, I wouldn't say that my definition of love changed, it was just corrected. To what LOVE really means.

In answer to your first question, an unequivocal YES.

Actually, I never believed in antidepressants, and believed that attitude, a good outlook, and staying focused and positive was all anyone needed to overcome anything like this. Till the day I fell apart. About 3 or 4 days after we got the call from the Detroit PD that the prosecutor's office was going ahead with the case and pressing charges on Matt, it hit me. I woke up on a Sunday morning, and started bawling uncontrollably. I could not stop, I was hysterical. Matt called our doctor, because I would not get out of bed. I lay there and cried and cried for something like 6 hours. He tried everything he could to pull me out of it, but the thought of him going to prison for God knew how long just broke me.

The doctor insisted on seeing me the next morning, and put me on Paxil and Klonopin. I fully believe that being on the medication saved my life. While I resent having my moods dictated by a pill, and fully intend to get the hell off of them as soon as this whole thing is settled, I do not know what I would have done if I didn't have this medication.

Tigersmeow. She's a member here so I don't want to give her real name. Been my dearest friend for something like 11 or 12 years. We shared everything when she still lived near me, we even worked together at an animal hospital. She went through my psycho-ex phase, and helped me with that, she has been there for me whenever I needed her for any reason, no matter how big or small. She listens to me, she is honest with me, and she has finally been blessed with getting pregnant after 11 years of trying. I love her like she's my own sister.

I like to think I'm fairly open-minded about most things, but there are some bad traits that I possess. I'm homophobic and a bigot when it comes to certain "types." It takes a lot for a person to prove themselves to me. I don't trust easily, I'm critical, and suspicious. I don't give second chances very often, either.

But...no one can say I'm not honest with myself.
