Life is better with SnoozeControl in it.
Snooze is like a wand from the Harry Potter stories that's been damaged. At random intervals, something magical happens. It may be fireworks or just fire, but it's almost always spectacular. Some people aren't amused at her quirky nature, but I and many others find it endearing.

The specific reason for the sig is that someone with obvious impulse control deficit paid my membership for me, as a gift. I traced it to her. I place the statement there as a show of appreciation.

SnoozeControl is one of those Gardeners that I always check to see if she's posted since I was last here.

And I'm not sure how to take your description of me, but it's sort of lyrical and poetic. Very pretty.:-4That's not a question.

I've been eating Activia, that yogurt stuff that's supposed to aid in digestion (but I'm really eating it because it tastes yummy and I need the calcium.) I'm wondering why, since it's supposed to help your digestion, I got a serious case of flatulence after eating it. Somehow I imagine you're an expert at all things gassy. :DYou've got air in the lines. This is not a good thing; it can cause the system to react sluggishly and you may not be able to stop in an emergency. Flush your system, but be careful to catch the old fluid without spilling it because it's quite caustic. While you're at it, you may as well change your shoes.

No, wait. That's for car brakes. I'll have to get back to you.

Can I tell a tp story ? Pleeeeeze ?

This is true. Had a buddy help me move a long time ago. We got all my stuff to the new apt and we smoked a joint. There was nothing to eat and J actually ate frozen brussels sprouts. *crunch* *crunch crunch* *crunch crunch crunch crunch*

Im laughing right now...this guy did a lot of weird stuff that seemed normal to him.

Anyway he crashed on the couch and when I got up to take a shower and bring him home there was a wet dollar bill hanging over the shower curtain rod. I asked. He couldnt find the tp and it was his last dollar so he used it then washed it :wah:

I swear that is true.

I'm not full force on day one. Full force means I blast through the door at full stride yelling GOOD MORNING with my typical maniacal grin. But it's not toned down much. The first day, once I get to the warehouse area (after intro's, orientation, etc) I'm the hungry student. I only have two people under me, and I'm told one has a hurt ego because I'm taking "his job" and he's not getting promoted. I'll start by asking question after question, getting them to show off their world to the newbie. That way I'll quickly learn who's pessimistic or optimistic, what they see as problems, how they view their own importance and support in the process, lots of stuff. My questions will show them my level of knowledge, my interest in cohesive teamwork, and probably a hundred things I'm not aware of. :o

With any luck, it'll be a busy day so I can show them I'm not an ivory tower boss, but one that is quite comfortable doing grunt work when it's needed.

Hasn't happened to me. I guess I'd tear a page out of a magazine or something. Of course the page would have to be from an interesting article, because wiping with a crappy article would be redundant, wouldn't it? :sneaky:

Strange is a relative term, which make this a relative question. Go ask a relative. :D

From what I've seen, you're pretty low key with a mischievous spark. That's more cool than strange to me. :-6

If you take a marker & start from a corner on a cube, what is the maximum number of edges you can trace across if you never trace across the same edge twice, never remove the marker from the cube, & never trace anywhere on the cube, except for the corners & edges? :)

I got drunk and passed out on the bed ... then threw up. She's a quick thinker, though. She'd already stuffed one end of a strip of plastic wrap under my face and the other end in the trash can. That got most of it.
