The Flopster was very kind and sent me some Herschey bars and some Twinkies, neither of which I had ever tried. I sent her some things that were peculiar to the UK and to the county of Kent.

I think it is time to do a similar thing. Is there anything from dear ol' Blighty that you Americans or Ozzies would like but cannot get where you are ?

Well, last year I was sent a bar of Chocolate from the UK. I will have to scrounge around, I may still have the wrapper. If I do, I may request another. I really liked it.

BYW...Does it count that I live in the city that sold England our Fast Ferry to cross the channel. Just wondering. But I guess that is not really an exchange, right.

We have some great local barbeque sauces here. There is Sal's Sassy Sauce, a sweet & spicy type, which works as a great sauce for chicken wings, or a dipping sauce for chicken.

There is also Boss Sauce.....a Barbeque sauce. So, I can put these on the block for sharing. A great thing about the Sal's Sauce, is that they will pack and ship it for me.:wah:

Detroit is the world headquarters for Faygo pop. (Soda.) We have so many different kinds, it's amazing. Anyone want to try a new fizzy soda pop?

I'm in too, for anyone who'd like something from my neck of the woods.

Shamefully, I have not returned the favor of sending our chocolate to the wonderful person who sent me Cadbury's flake from the UK. Shame on BR. :-2 :(

Kudzu is a weed that came from Japan and some smart man way back when thought it would be terrific for the erosion problem he was having. . . . . long story short, it thrives anywhere and grows everywhere.

It covers up ugly stuff real well in the summer and it's green and some people in Japan drink tea made from it and, , , , ,oh, elephants eat it and. . . . well. . . . that's about it.

Want some?

;)

The postman hand delivered a gorgeous package sent from Abbey, with the largest box of chocolates I have ever had! Oh, they are yummy! And some Channel 5, oh, what luxury! I have never had such lovely perfume before now. And a large England magnet to put on my 'fridge, it will remind me of my sweet friend Abbey who sent me such lovely goodies!:-4
