Could have used one of them for the busybody, nosy neighbor who used to live across the street. The one who "thought" we never saw her peeking out her curtains every time we came and went. Creeped me out, to say the least.

Seriously tho, I used to wave to people I saw peeking.

Its usually more cos they're lonely & shy rather than wierd.

Its also funny to see them duck and run for cover when they know they've been caught!!! hehehe :yh_rotfl
