Sydney battles loud music with Barry Manilow

Well, aparently after fielding many complaints from neighbors in the community, an area in Sydney Australia is battling loud music from cars and boom boxes with...Barry Manilow. They are using speakers set up to blast Manilow's music back at the offenders. Here is a link to the story.
