How do I add a photo to a posting ? I am only a novice so try and make it simple

make sure your photo is loaded into some file on your computer then when you go to post scroll to the bottom of your page

see green bar that says additional options

look below that for the Manage Attachments button press it, then hit browse find your photo on your computer and hit upload.

And when it is done close that window and submit your reply.

Easy huh.

Hey Minks, something went wrong,when I hit the upload button it just put the photo on screen not on the post ???

The way I do it is to click on the paperclip on the toolbar just above the text area where you write the post. A windo will pop up with a bunch of "browse" buttons. Click one and go find your pic. Then click "upload." When that's done, assuming your pic wasn't too large, you can close that window.

Then click on the same paperclip icon again. You'll see the pic name for you to select to insert.

Sorry mate,but I see no paperclip, you don't mean "Insert link" because I can see nothing else,will have anther look......:-5 :-5 :-5

Doesn't matter. I just checked & it's the same function as the manage attachments button Minks mentioned.

FG's software has been upgraded since I joined; I didn't have those problems.

When you click "My Settings" check out Miscellaneous options & make sure you are set for WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get). I always poke around in the settings area just to see what options I may have that aren't advertised. It's like a box of chocolate!
