helloooo? aNYONE STILL ALIVE?
It's only 1pm here and I've just had lunch. Shall we just chat or start a contentious issue, like "How do you like my new haircut?"
Take care,
Gordon.

Who has a spare two minutes to play in this month's FG Trivia game! ... My other OS is Slackware. Écrasez l'infâme! When you design tactics to maximise suffering on civilian populations and your only constraint is operational rather than moral, you've told the world who you are.

Well, it is 7AM here right now. I will be leaving in a couple of hours to go on an overnight trip for work. So, unless there is a computer with internet access where I am going, you won't hear from me again till tomorrow evening.:driving:

It's a lot better if you have a way out, and FG is certainly that. Does the place have a social bar, or are you just locked away in your room?

Here, Marie - it might not be too late to ring around before you plan where to eat tonight...

Actually, I am sitting here in the lobby right now, on the hotel guest computer. Just left the lounge. Will probably hang here for a while.
The room does have a port to plug in a laptop and you get the high speed internet. But unfortunatly, I have no lap top. Maybe by the time this convention rolls around next year I will have one.
Actually, I am home here..Batavia is where I grew up!! So I stopped in to visit my brother for a bit before coming to the hotel.

Goodnight Pinky!
I didn't pay sufficient attention, Marie - you must know exactly where to find all the live music in town then. And have people to go with, which is even better.

Friday morning and I survived the night. We stayed in..had a couple of toddies in the lounge and enjoyed a DJ here.:guitarist Actually, I am not activly a part of the conference. The lady I work with is here attending a Self Advocacy Conference, and I am here as her assistant. She is presenting one of the workshops and I will be attending that one with her as she is a bit nervous.
As for the bar scene in Batavia..I am partial to Backhoes. Only because my niece owns it.:p But I did not go last night as it is not wheelchair accessable, so Kim would not have been able to come with me.
We will be leaving here around 3:00
