In the interest of no longer hijacking the San Antonio thread, let's figure out who and how we're going to meet in this thread. Bullet and I will be leaving Michigan on July 2nd. We'll be heading to Maryland to see his sister, who is having a huge BBQ gathering to celebrate. We will probably be there 2 days. From there, we head south, with no particular route planned, but staying off highways as much as possible in order to see the sights and the countryside. We will be riding Deal's Gap (google: "Tail of the Dragon"), and staying at the lodge at the base for at least one night. We will then be heading for Georgia to meet friends there, and then to Florida to meet up with more friends. Hopefully LC will be willing to drive north a bit, because our time frame does not allow a trip down to the Keys.

SO. Who's on our way, or even a little out of the way?

In planning your meet(s). I would recommend maximising the number of people you can get together in one meet. It will be more fun, I can assure ya.

Seems traveling from Michigan to Md you will be passing through NY (or not). If you do, seems you will at least be passing by Rochester. You could stop in to meet Trixie the chin;)

Where are you going to? I'm a little south of Baltimore!

DG is in DC, JAB is in between the two of us. Weeder is in Virginia.

You can drive anywhere in Maryland in 3 hours or less..................I got a fast car, with new wheels put on today!

If all you guys are on the Google map, it woiuld make it a lot easier for BR and Bullet to plan their tour. Wajya say to that then.:rolleyes:

Chonsi....Bullet's sister is about 20 minutes north of Baltimore. This is great!! Once actual exact dates are set, I'll pin down something specific.

If your leaving Maryland and heading south.... you are two hours away from me on I81 south. The route to georgia is clear from here. I can give you the exact directions. Remember I drove it back and forth for 2 years. If LC is on the panhandle... she is hours and hours south of Georgia.

OK, I spent some time the other day inspecting that Google map. It seemed to not like me very well, and I could not do anything with it. **sigh***:yh_sigh

Actually LC is in the Keys. Not a possibility to meet up with her unless she is willing to drive north. I hope she is....I'm picturing all the hell we could rasie!! :yh_devil

Oh believe me, guys...there WILL be a cross-country trip sometime in the future, with California as our destination, and Minnesota can be included in that trip.

I have lost some weight since I quit drinking. I didn't tell you that, did I? January 15th, '05 was the last time I had a drink.

Chonsi! IM actually a liar! Im not IN DC, IM south of it. About an hour. I didnt want to put my real town (Fredericksburg) because its kind of small and I didnt think anyone knew where it was. Im directly between Richmond, VA and Washington DC on Interstate 95. I have a sneaking suspicion I might be close to weeder. You guys just let me know when and where.

I did not know that you quit drinking. Congrats! I rarely drink, maybe an oatmeal cookie now and then but not now for a while.

I am due December 6, 2006. My mom is planning a shower in the Detroit area in late September or early October. It will most likely be at a hall because we have large families on both sides and this is considered a miracle baby.

D has been doing just about everything! He is awesome!

Don't know when I will see my bro. He is in Shanghai this week and then will be in Seoul next week, then he is off to India. Then when he gets home, they are going to Aruba for a vacation. Didn't I tell you, He is a computer genius and travels around the world now for his company. His salary is six digits and he even spent 6 months in England and Ireland, I was so jealous!

Anyway, I will try to tell him!
