My shin is throbbing.....

Post by Sheryl »

Was watering my flowers earlier, and when I went down the steps I stepped on the hose. This caused me to loose my balence and fall hitting shin on the edge of a step. So I now have a 4 inch whelp across my shin and it's throbbing.

......ooooohhh I'm in agony....:(

I'm such a wienus huh!

No your not a weinus. A whelped shin is never good. I would stick a hot iron on my other leg so I wouldnt notice the throbbing so much.

I was thinking of just poking myself in the eye with a sharp object. Thought that would be easier. ;)

Put some ice on it, elevate the leg, and kick Nomad with the good leg!

Hope your leg's feeling better today Sheryl, if the skin is not broken try rubbing Arnica Gel on your leg, it's very good for bruises and pain.:)

I think a shin is a really bad place to get a whack for some reason... it

used to happen to me some times when my horse would take an extra

tight turn barrel racing. OWIE!!

It's a lot like getting a paper cut, sometimes I think I'd rather just

about have any other injury than that!
