I know this is Arizona news but i thought you all might find it interesting. How horrible for this teen. Can you imagine not being outside for over a year. I just think it is sad and i am gald that it is finally over. Hopefully she will go to someone that will treat her better.


Hello, just thought I would mention that on the "religion" forum, there has been an interesting discussion on child abuse titled "Religion, children and whipping tools?". It covers what should be done and what can we do when stories like this one, all to commonly, come out publicly to our attention. I use to be strongly against capitol punishment, but now I am not so sure. I have seen and heard of stories so horrific that it may very well suit all of the world to simply execute the purpetrator and be done with it. ie: If caught, should Hitler have been put to the electric chair?

How sad is this? I wonder where this girl's biological mother is. Stories like this just make me so sad and angry.
