Deplorable, they should be prosecuted and banned from keeping pets.

I'm guilty of taking in strays and probaly having to many animals at one point or another, but atleast I kept their living conditions clean and made sure they were healthy.

Ughhh I don't understand folks sometimes.

I think alot of us animal lovers occasionally have an extra pet or two than we are supposed too. But if you are keping yours and their enviromant clean and tidy then there is no issue. I know a lady that has 16 cats..... and she spends all her time and money looking after them.. does her house smell catty , well yes but it is clean and she keeps it very clean..

some people are just lazy or unable to care and when thats the case they shouldnt have those pets..

Now wait just a second....animal control had been there before and removed animals, and now a second time and they are considering giving this nut-job's animals BACK???? This person needs to be banned from ever owning animals of any sort, ever again. Animal control needs to step up here and make sure that happens.

That bit about the pigs walking on their upper joints is painful to think about.
