My Polyp

Post by jennyswan »

Hi Guys

I'm back home after a D & C today in the hospital. They found a polyp in my womb. They say that is why I've not been well and now they send it to make sure it's not cancer.

Anyway I feel a bit crappy but at least it's over and done with.

Has anybody had any experience with these?

Nooooooooooo

Hope everything turns out okay, Jenny. Are you cramping? Ibuprofin helps a lot for that.

Thanks Snooze, Unfortunately I'm allergic to nearly everything but paracetamol. My doc says that if I ever get really sick I'm in trouble ;)

You say "polyp", are you sure? I never had those, fibroid tumours but

they were benign, benign, benign thank goodness.

Got home after my D+C and burst into tears. Now I know why they

say you shouldn't sign any contracts for 48 hours after anesthesia!

Hang in there, sweets, The Val predicts you'll be just fine!!

Yeah they said Polyp. I cried afterwards too and I feel real drousy but it's nice to be home.

Big hugs hunny! :yh_hugs :yh_hugs

These things are always worrying to deal with......but well done you for dealing with it! Much better than pretending its not there and hoping it'll go away!

Extra hugs for being a brave cookie!

Now let the other half wait on you for a week while you take good care of yourself. Hope you're feeling much better soon sweetie.

Hi, and glad to hear that you are home.

I have not had what you call a D&C done to remove them from my womb but i have had what they call a cystology. and it hurts like crazy for a day or two

I have had this done several times in my life time and so far they keep coming back negative for cancer. So thank God for that.

Hope yours does to
