i miss jives

i dont know what happened that caused him to leave as i wasent here at the time but i know he's not one to bear a grudge if the person/people responsible for him leaving were to apologise im sure he would come back & the garden would be a better place for it

would someone care to p.m me what happened?

I think what Chonsi is trying to say Maxi, is that Jives left because he was sick of all the negative comments and actions that where becoming more common place around here. Hopefully though we are all trying to make FG a much better place, meaning that Jives will not have to stay away and he can come back here with his friends again.

gotta say that is a tuff read... unfortunately I also read the posts on the GB site..

and I am a bit stunned to say the least .. the disparities between the posts is pretty damning... I wish he would come back and explain atleast..

Lots of hurt feelings in that thread.. I see why it got locked...

WOW we still can't let this topic go, I can't say as I blame Jives for waltzing away. Who in their right mind would even want to come into a place of supposed friends and attempt to explain. So many folks have their minds made up already.

Maybe you gotta ask yourselves this, if he lied how much is this affecting your life.

We're trying to make a new start here and all that's happening is that people are opening up old wounds and picking scabs by mentioning and pointing to old threads that are best left buried.

I have tried in my rather naive way to keep things light, 'nice'. and positive....but I feel liking I'm beating my head against a wall :-5

I think I'll just let you guys work it out...it's all too tiresome.

okay.. first of all I want to apologize if I opened old wounds here. I was out of the gardens for a while and was unaware of what has transpired in my absence..

Second of all, please don't think that because of this I dislike Jives .. all I was wondering was why he didn't come back and explain his actions.. that's all.. from what I gathered from the thread and the GB site postings he knew the Blossoms. That's cool.. I used to know the members of Phish when they played Nector's in Burlington.. even shared a beer with them.. would they remember me now.. hell no... .. anyway.. a simple explaination from Jives then on with life.. Do I think less of Jives. .no.. we all get carried away once in a while.. he was on my friends list.. and would be should he decide to return.

Thirdly .. and lastly..

I will not post again on this topic.. apparently it is still a sensitive spot.. and I don't want to rehash or reopen old feelings on it..

That said.. I am outta here..
