Well what it is called is an angioplug, and it will eventually disolve away, but my dr. told me that there were a few stitches as well as in my brochure that they gave me it says that they use stitches that will disolve.

I was still pretty scared after the procedure anyway so I suppose I overdid the care a bit. I kept waking up at night for a few days afterwards worried that I would start bleeding from the groin area where they inserted the catheter thing.
I'm still scared, they told me that I have to stay in bed and keep my right leg straight and not bend it in 90 degree, because it could cause pressure and cause it to bleed. But they told me they have less problems with the plug and faster recovery than before when they would put a sand bag on it and you couldn't move for 12hrs., so I'm glad for medical break throughs.
