The Flood.
Seen in the Peterborough Evening Telegraph: The annual test of Flood sirens in Lincolnshire has been cancelled. The decision to cancel the testing was made due to the possibility of heavy rain leading to Floods.

They had many Dry days to do the test. Why wait until it rains. :wah:
