Like your new av, Sojo!! And G'day to you and Basco. Monday here and I'm just popping in before I head off in search of coffee. Today I'm gonna be very good and actually do some work... smile.... but for now, tlw is mine. (Actually I'm rather surprised to see tlw looking so well.... I thought I carted him off to Florida and tossed his chockie-stuffed little self on the barbie there... but maybe I was hallucinating.. again.. gotta give up the absinthe)... tlw

And as I'm off to bed now, it would be really unfair and not very nice and actually a very mean trick if someone else snatched him while I sleep. I can't imagine anyone in the Garden being so underhand...

Anyway most of the day here, it Thunder Stormed with tremendous lightening bolts! Well we needed the rain anyway, it's been dry for over 3 months already!

Chockie truffles.... pam rolls round the floor mad with deprivation..... I've actually just finished reading an article in my local rag about how you can adopt a French truffle tree. Yuppies only need apply, I guess. An oak seedling is somehow impregnated with truffle spores and for $300 it's yours to adopt. Somewhere in Gascony. Visiting rights are encouraged and you can eat foie fras and other gourmet stuff like pheasants.. plucking pheasants!! ... hee hee... baked up with truffle slivers... I think I'm gonna faint. Hope you fared well through the storm you had the other day and the much needed rain helped your area. We have beautiful sunny, blue skies again today! I'm gonna enjoy it, since the rain will be arriving in our area Wednesday.
