First time here and loving it!

Today is my first time on this forum and it seems to be very fast pace and interesting. The forum "thing" is kind of a new thing for me since I have only posted on one other forum before this. Hope that I can add something to this forum as I see that everyone else does.

HELLO!! I live in a rural area. I enjoy canning and baking...when I have time to do that (working full-time now). That is my "stress" relief!!! Needless to say, I need MORE time for this.

I think that I have been "neglecting" the things that I really enjoy lately. Hopefully, somehow....someway.....I can get back to what I REALLY enjoy doing!!

O.K. What kind of sandwiches are you lookin' for. I can make a "mean" sandwich or sub. It is a meal in it's self. BUT......canning and baking is my "speciality"! A couple of years ago, when I wasn't working full-time......I canned over 1500 jars!!!!!! and I don't even know the number of breads and baked goods I did that year!???

I can surely make you whatever you need as soon as "harvest season" comes around. I usually do LOTS of extras when I am canning. I can also make a "mean" medium salsa! All you have to do is let me know! THANKS!!!

What are you up to tonight then? So you like canning jars, eh? Hmmm, in the UK, a jar is made out of glass and a can is made out of tin.

I'm sure there's some simple reasoning there somewhere when you say that you can jars so, I think I will walk away from that one now before I show myself up as the village idiot.

Thanks for the "welcoming" BabyRider! It feels great to be so welcomed to this forum, especially when you're a "newbie".
