So here's the silly little idea I had... Everyone who wants to, post a short exercise, nothing too strenuous (i'm old dontcha know) or time consuming... but just SOMETHING that will get me moving or help build or tone...
and I'll choose one for that day and report back when I've done it.
Just the pressure and support of YOU, my peers, will help to ensure that I actually do it. Funny huh? (Did you know I am only a class or two away from my psych degree?) I'm such a reforming co-dependent.
