HI Everyone!!

I just wanted to say a Hello to you all.. I have been poking around this site for a while now and have really enjoyed myself.. there are some really funny folks here:wah: ...I live in Western Washington and am a wife of 23 years , Mother of 2 and daughter of my Papa, who lives with us..One of my kids (Son) escaped last year(OOOPPPSS:rolleyes: ) I mean he moved out last year and now I only have one Kid(daughter) to boss around...

I have never joined a forum site before so really don't know what the heck I am doing.This is all very new to me... So Please forgive the mess ups.. I look forward to talking to you..Lene

How close are you to Tacoma? My brother was stationed near there when he was in the Army.

HI Acc.... If your brother was stationed at Fort lewis than I am about 30-40mins away.It can get really noisy here living so close to the base.....Lene

He retired from Ft Lewis about 18 month ago. I was fortunate enough to attend and present his retirement pen. That is some beautiful countryside there.

How long have you lived there?

Hi from Australia, Lene. I spent a very enjoyable couple of weeks in Washington State two years ago. Welcome to the ForumGarden. It's a great place, with some wonderful people. I've only been here a few months, and already I feel like I'm among family.

Acc..I was born in this area...Moved to Canada in my late teens and moved back with my Hubsand(From Canada) and kids 13 yrs ago...been here every since... Gotta love it here...

Hey Lene nice to meet ya, I am in a similar boat as you, one child (daughter )escaped last year and one daughter left to boss around this one threatens to move into the seniors home with me when I go AHAHAHAHA

HI Minks... My Daughter who is left was standing with me and holding the the last of my apron string while her brother drove off like a crazy idiot looking for gold or something..:wah: she said "Mama I won't leave you ever"...I just thought YEP!!! I think I am living my own nightmare right now!!!

Geez these kids.. kinda makes me crazy.. gotta love them ..ya know.!!:D
