Organ Donation Story

Post by DesignerGal »

I know we have had a member (maybe more) who have gone through organ donation. What are everyone's thoughts? I was inspired to start this thread by a story I read this morning:

Let me know your thoughts!

It's very sad for the family but they made a great and brave decision. I have a donor card and they can take anything usable when I die. Hopefully it would help someone.

I agree. I want everything gone. Even my eyes. I plan on being cremated so, if they can even use my skin or intestines, or nose hairs, they can have them. I know due to some religous beliefs, people will not donate. I was hoping I would also hear from those people to hear their views as well.
