Just one more thought - any life changing books/characters - like The Shipping News by E. Annie Proulx or C.S Lewis books?

I don't know that I could actually live with them, but Scarlett O'Hara or Rhett Butler might be interesting!

Hi Rapunzel, Snooze, Valerie
REALLY!! Mr Knightly - 16 years older than Emma and SO pompous! Mr Rochester - a secretive , Byronic erm no!
Like the sound of thursday next's adventures.
I think Jo March would be a great sister, and Lizzie Bennet a great best pal!
As for me I could really go for the whole Beatrice Benedict thing - conversation would never be dull! :wah:

The only one that I can think of off top of my head is the grandma from the Stephanie Plum series. The first book was One for the Money. Arghh can't remeber the author. I just know the grandma had me literally laughing my butt off while reading the books.
