2006 is now one week old.

How are you doing on the resolutions you made?

If poorly, :-5 forgive yourself and begin now.

If you are doing wonderfully well and are totally focused,

I salute you!

Now also is the time to evaluate the effectiveness of your New Year's Eve resolve. Reality may be calling for other decisions.

Be happy in your resolve for a better year.

I'm doing great.. I begin living by NOMAD RULES..~~ strange as it may seem :-2 life is a lot less stressful..!!

I resolved not to make a single resolution this year. So far, no problems at all.

I'm doing wonderfully!

I've managed to keep my car clean, since I'm not driving it, and I've been more organized in general.

I'm getting better at keeping important papers together and not procrastinating. It could be the extra free time, but I think this is going to turn into a habit.

Its not as easy as it looks muka muka poo, but if I can be of any assistance just holler...well dont holler but tell me, dont tell me, ask me or just write a note. Ok dont write a note just mind meld with me, can you mind meld ? Cause if you cant its gonna be a rough road.

I think I'm ready to do my smoking patches this week.

(was off work ill Thursday and Friday) I'm suppose to start a round of steriods but I don't want to.
