Miss 30 myself. Consider myself 4 decades old as it rounds up. Don't know if I'll consider myself 5 decades old at 40 or 45.
Once had a math teacher who always advocated rounding up.

"30" was the one that blew my mind, the night before, I didn't want to leave my 20's, so I sat in a Bar & felt sorry for myself, and drank myself into oblivion.
Next day, I was "30" & it really didn't hurt so bad as my head did. Turning "40" was not as hard, but turning the big "50" was humbling. So "Farlie", you think you got aches & pains & colds now, wait, you ain't seen nothin yet!!! :-2

At 40 I had the best groovy time of my life and have not stopped yet. My children consider me a great embarassement to be avoided whenever possible especially when friends are around.
I am so positive about life now that very few bugs will dare come anyway near me:-6 :-6 .
Before 40 my doctor would write my prescription before I even entered the surgery. Now she is forever trying to lureme to the surgery under false pretences like I need to be vaccinated against the chicken flu:D and so on but I ain't biting. No sir!!!
Do you think I lost it all at the age of 40?
Far I hope you have fully recovered now and promise that from now you will follow my example to keep the little baggers away:D
