All sounds perfectly normal. You can't beat topping up on your saturated fats. Oh dear... I can feel my arteries narrowing as I type

Must be different units over here. My doc threw a wobbler when mine was 6.5. But there was a happy ending when I got down to 4.8

Mind you, I did have to eat an orchards worth of fruit. That changes the way you walk ;)

I think the 6.5 was your sugar level over a 3 month period. That would put you at borderline diabetic. Getting is it down to 4.8 was wonderful! Congratulations!! :)

The average Cholesterol level in the UK is 5.8 so they must be different. Maybe it's a metric thing. Either way, anything that addresses a warning is good where health is concerned

No, that's cholesterol! It HAS to be under 5 to be healthy.

A person with normal blood glucose scores between 4 & 7. Diabetic scores can be up in the 20's. Mine was 15 but I now average about 8. Just CAN'T seem to get it down to 7! Grrr!

So, do you take meds or not? That is really low... a long time ago I heard

you should shoot for 100 plus your age... so I'm a leetle high if you go

by that... but not to worry.

I think my exercise helps me... and a daily bowl of oatmeal. AND picking

the right daddy!!
