Just put the turkey out to thaw. As of this writing, My eldest son is still in Germany waiting to hear if he will be rotated back into Iraq, but he hasnt heard yet........my youngest son is in Indiana trying to get his life back together after having been one of the first Marines to go. My parents are waiting to hear when my 'pop' is going to have his surgery. My mother-in-law, even though at 72, is still having a few migraines, is healthy. My two kittens are growing strong, and my husband and myself are employed and able to keep up with the bills. We're both healthy and glad to be alive and in love with each other.
I have alot to be thankful for.
My computer is working fine, and I'm able to wish all my friends at forum garden a wonderful and happy thanksgiving!
Cheers!

Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
I'm glad to hear that things are basically going well for you, Raven.
I guess I could say the same...
While my mother's not in the best of health, she's still with us, along with my wonderful step-father, who takes such good care of my mother. My siblings & their families are doing fine. My father fared through Hurricane Katrina with his health & life. My daughter & her boyfriend got an apartment & my gorgeous grandson has his own bedroom. I'll soon have another grandson to spoil. My health is good & I'm broke, but content & can pay my bills.
I want to also wish everyone here a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I'm probably going to my mom's to spend it with her & the family. Not sure if or how many Thanksgivings we'll have her with us for. She has Parkinson's & Emphysema (sp?).
