Cell Phone Viruses

When my cell phone died they tried to tell me that I would have to lock in for 2 more years to get a new one.

I told them I was not going to pay for a service that I couldn't use and low and behold I had a free phone before going out of the store.

They also replaced my wife's phone which was still working. Go figure?
