It's time for a new law. No more impersonating a hanging, dangling or suspended person. Hereafter all hanging, dangling or suspended persons shall remain animated. Congress will have to work out the exact language and it should be law by the end of Hillary’s second term. She may veto it though. By then she may look like a hanging, dangling dead person without trying. In that case it would have to be rewritten to outlaw impersonating the President.
