Yeah......now we can get to watching more important things, like FOOTBALL. Sorry if offend the baseball groupies here but sure glad the Sox took it home. Should have been the Cubs though.:-6

Actually thank God it's over being a bsaeball fan in the UK is pretty tough on the system as you have to stay up half the night to watch it.

I have one novice fan question, I am familiar with most of the pitches but what is a "Change-up" pitch?

I shall now be tranferring my allegiance to the Mighty (?) redskins

Oh Chonsi say it is not so, it's the one sport I don't get, 5 really tall guys run up one end of the court and put the ball in the hoop, then the other 5 really tall guys on the opposition do the same thing in reverse so that after the end of the game it's 96-94, but the I suppose lot's of people would think cricket was dull:D

No, I really do not understand cricket. Baseball is all right, football, is snooze time for me. I only really like one sport, and that is basketball-although I hear tennis has been pretty spiffy this week!
