Again you have a confused sense of who's dying round those parts, tude.
Perhaps you don't actually have any sense of how many people Hamas killed during this bout of aggression. Eleven, according to my newspaper, none of whom were Gaza residents.
258 people died violent deaths in the same period in Gaza. None of them were killed by Hamas. 58 of them were children.
The issue I'm trying to bring to the thread's attention is proportionality. A kill ratio of twenty to one is not a proportionate response. Both sides are responding, one side triggered by rocket attacks and the other by tear gas grenades in the biggest mosque in the region. The result of the violence is that the two aggressors have each consolidated their political hold in their respective region, something I take to have been their intent from the decision to attack worshippers in the mosque onward.
