I bet more than 90% of bottles in which water is sold are made from plastics.

I bet the plastics found in the bottles are the same as the bottles are made of.

I bet they could find plasticizers too if they bothered to look.

I bet this discovery has no relevance at all to environmental pollution.

In other plastic related news researchers have found that a lot of the plastics in rivers get washed downstream in floods. Thoroughly underwhelming and predictable but I suppose someone has to actually go out there and confirm that IS what actually happens. The unglamorous underbelly of science...

They should look more towards making plastic from biodegradable renewable sources, such as hemp.
