My Wife & I no longer have a prescription Drug Plan, so we now have pay for our meds completely on our own. Therefore, we were looking for somewhere to get discount prescription meds. As the cost of prescription meds here in USA are rediciously outrageous! On 10/13/05, I stumbled across this site "Rx Discount Canada". (There were so many to choose from) We filled out the forms on line, and sent the script via email to the pharmacist there, along with our credit card info. We hoped this was a reputable place, because how would you know if it was not legit before hand? We were in limbo for the last week (It was supposed to take upto 3 weeks) anxiously waiting for the meds to arrive. If it turned out not to be legit, we're out $200.00.

HOOORAAAAAAAY- GREAT NEWS!!! We received my wife's LIPITOR meds today!!! It only took "8" days, it originated in "Austrailia" & was sent Priority "Registed" Mail, that I happily signed for today. Everything was as advertised, LIPITOR tablets, in "factory sealed packets", not a generic, as there is no generic. So "Rx Discount Canada" worked out great for us! We saved $163 dollars, for a 3 months supply!!! :) So if you have to pay for your meds on your own, you may want to consider a Canadian pharmacy.

Thanks minks, yes happy ending! That's a $652 savings annually, as she most likely will be taking that med for the rest of her life.

Can you believe that I've never been to Canada? Closest I ever got was when I was a kid, with my folks. We drove from NY to the Canadian border, & just crossed over it, & then my folks got into an argument. So my Dad turned the car around & we drove all the way home!!! (Spent 19hrs in the car :wah: )

Wow, thanks for the advice. I'm going to be facing a $2000 a month presciption cost soon here and this gives me some hope.

Wow $2000 a month, now that's a bummer! Well, definetly consider investigating the Canadian Pharmacies, and see how much less it would be from them. One friend told me he gets his meds from Canadian Pharmacy "Meds for less", and another told me she gets her meds from Canadian Pharmacy "Rx north. But I stumbled on Canadian Pharmacy "Rx Discount Canada" and they turned out to be cheaper than those other two.

GOOD LUCK!!!! :)
