The leaders of my community and the four corners area dropped by to see us the other day. We picked a few representative students from our Alternative High School to meet and greet them.
For those of you who don't know, I work at a high school for students that, for whatever reason and usually no fault of their own (poverty, drugs or jail in the family, health issues..) were not successful at the larger high schools. (We used to be and still are the "pregnant girl school" but we are much much larger and more than that now.)

Very impressive, the rapport between all of the members of the school (students and teachers) goes way beyond any other school I've seen.
