I am looking to buy Carrie or Manila mango tree in Bay Area, SF. From 7-15gal size.

There are some nurseries in the South San Jose area, around Campbell, and down the Almaden Expressway area. That is probably your best bet.

If you don't want to drive that far, check out the nurseries over in Petaluma and Novato. My cousin has had good luck getting exotics from Sloat Garden Center in Novato. They could probably get some shipped in for the right price.
