'Spirits' and 'Gods'. Possibly a fine borderline.
I have a hypothesis that every living being has a life force - a form of energy. This life force is gradually used up during the term of its life until it eventually runs out & the host dies. If, however, the host is killed suddenly, then this life force has nowhere to go & remains there until it is absorbed by the surrounding elements. This could be referred to as a Spirit, or a Ghost. I don't see it as being anything supernatural - not understood, but something with a potential scientific explanation. However, throughout history when the ignorant masses witness something they don't understand they all too often write it off as being the result of 'God'.
There is no evidence for my hypothesis. I make no claims that it is correct. I don't even know if I believe in Ghosts / Spirits or not, but if they do exist then I can see them as having a logical explanation & can accept their possibility. An intelligent, all seeing divine being - that's a different matter.

Interesting theory; I also think every living thing has a life force , but I don't think every living thing is conscious, at the " Level" that humans are. I even doubt that primordial humans were that conscious. I even think they died out earlier than thought;
Neanderthals Died Out Earlier Than Thought
I think when a human dies, their life force returns to God, the origin of life. But as you, I cannot prove that flat out; but it is what I think, after examining all other possibilities.

Genetic research shows that Neanderthal did not die out but was bread out by humans. Apparently we all have the neanderthal gene in our genetic code.

I didn't mention anything about a consciousness. I merely referred to a life force. This applies to animals and plants at all levels. That energy could even be formed like a 'battery' from within the chemical structure of DNA. The basic idea is even in accordance with the ancient Religions that accept Reincarnation as the basis for life. What one person may call a 'soul' I call 'energy'. The difference is that I don't see that energy as having a consciousness.

I referred to a life force as being a form of energy. Energy does not have DNA. A dead body contains DNA, but it requires that Life Force to be alive - something the more Spiritual may prefer to think of as a Soul. I prefer to see it from the Scientific perspective.
If something happens then it is natural that it happens. Therefore there is nothing that happens that is supernatural.

Some of God's energy has DNA, and life is one of the DNA'S. Consciousness is another DNA of God.

The fact that you cannot imagine God, does not mean I can't imagine God. I am not limited by your limitations. My consciousness is simply going where yours is not. Not that you cannot go there, you just don't want to.

When will you learn the difference between a myth & a metaphor?
You use the myth of DNA being the proof of a God's existence.
I use the metaphor of Electricity being the proof of fluffy pink elephant's existence.
The logic is identical.

Is God real? In Isaiah 45:23 we have a personal message from God; a Vow really. " I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness and shall not return to me void; that to me EVERY knee shall bow and EVERY mouth shall confess!" Here this God that some doubt is real, makes a Holy Vow to himself, to cause all of humanity to submit to him and believe in him.
In my view, this is the destiny of humanity. God will force himself on all the world and bring us to his way of things. You know, I don't see God asking for our opinions here, he is not going to ask our permission or give out any choices; its going to be his way;
and that's it! And in my view, its absolutely nothing any of us can do about this.

No, the real reason is the fact that one can not have a serious discussion with people who believe in nonsense and imaginary entities. It really is funny what you guys come up with.

You are spot on about the visibility of the so called god. Nobody has ever seen the bastard. He hides extremely well. Perhaps he's sorry for all the killing he has done in the past and hopes that we will one day forget and forgive him for being such a mean god. As far as I'm concerned he can go to hell.

That's how Religion works.
1. Take a simple phrase.
2. Change the meaning to suit what you want it to mean.
3. Reword it.
4. Cite the rewording as the original text.
5. When questioned on the validity, start the process all over again.

All that because your god is a joke. Well, he would be if he was real. BTW, being sarcastic is nowhere near as bad as drowning or burning millions of people to death. I'm not even convinced that sarcasm is at all bad. Your obsession with pointing out sarcasm doesn't make it so.

Burning or drowning millions of people to death becomes real, when you need to use it as an example; but its fake when you need it as somethingelse.

Nothing makes sense to me if it's written in the bible. Take the example of the stopping of the sun. That was written when the sun was said to be orbiting the earth.

Kill every person who works on the Sabbath. (America would have a huge decrease in population)
