We can file the thread title under "major euphemisms". The ISS just lost another supply vehicle, this time on top of a Falcon 9 which decided to go no further two minutes after launch. I do wish these new rockets were more reliable, I might be lifted by one in due course.
Further euphemisms have since appeared - an explosion can now be called "an overpressure event", apparently.
