Cirque de soleil

Post by Bez »

Several years ago, I saw a piece on the TV performed by the Cirque de Soleil and I have been hooked on their performances ever since. I have 9 DVDs containing most of their performances and I would dearly love to see them live.

They do come to the UK once a year but too far away for me to go.

Has anyone ever seen a LIVE performance, and was it as good as I imagine ?

Yes 2 years ago and I loved the show. They are of Canadian Origin you know. And currently in Las Vegas I think they have 2 permanent sights, O which is the water base show, and dralion which I think is the adult show where costumes are painted directly onto the bodies. The are amazing performances aren't they. I saw mystere I believe. Or Allegrea maybe that was the one. But stunning indeed.

What a wonderful idea Arnold.

I think they're quite expensive, but what an experience....I think you get the tickets through 'Ticketmaster' online or post.

Oh I loved that show. Was lucky enough to see it in Vegas. Not sure whether it's the same kind of show that would be shown here in the UK, but for the high price it's definately worth seeing at least once. I highly recommend it for anyone thinking about going!!
