It's a trick question alright. Use your head, for Christ's sake.

FIRST: He doesn't say how far away it is to where they're going.

SECOND: He doesn't say if it's uphill or downhill.

Anyway, they are so high on the dreaded weed that if the two of them took separate cars they'd end up going in three different directions.
