Let me clarify that the company I work for does hire applicants with "made-up" names.

What to you think about what he says in the video?

Tequisha? Are you joking? Do people actually name their children that? Anyway, although I agree with him about the silliness of such names, I do not agree with him about avoiding being black. That problem is at the upper end, not the lower.

Yes. All of my sons (I have 3. Really I do.) are named High Jr. the first, the second, and the third. If I ever have another he'll be called High Stakes the First.
