Torben Hansen has cerebral palsey which severely affects his speech and mobility - is today taking legal action in denmark as reported on BBC news world edition.He belives his local authority should pay for the extra charge he incures when he hires a prostitute. In denmark local authorities compensate people for extra costs incurred because of thier disabilitys - you couldnt make it up!!
