The State of Ohio is not complying with federal laws to have federal programs for children, they prevent all programs and funds for children and public schools within the state of Ohio, they placed the owner of cleveland juvenile justice and delinquency prevention center intom a state prison without HEARING OR MOTIONS ANSWERS, BLACK REPUBLICAN OFFICAN AND THEIR WHITE JUDGES THE STATE OF OHIO ID FULL OF CORRUPTION, WRITTEN BY REV. but the problem i see is this - a search of the net reveals a handful of these semi-coherent postings to various forums out there. it's not clear exactly what your plea or appeal is meant to be, nor is it clear why you believe that posting these various appeals will help you in any way. what you need to do is contact legal aid associations, the ACLU, etc - organizations that are built around helping those who have been wrongly convicted.

i don't doubt that your pleas may generate some sympathy - but when you're in prison, sympathy is worthless - you need qualified assistance, not the opinions of people far disconnected from your struggle.

and frankly, throwing out the random race-card references just puts me off. i had to reread your post three times to try to determine whether you were a white racist, or a black racist. i think you're the latter - but WTF difference does that make to your claims? if you believe you've been convicted due to racism, then you have an even better chance at getting help from civil liberties groups.

but having read the writ of mandamus, at this point, i'm afraid to say, i think you're just a run of the mill paranoid nutcase. everybody else did you wrong - you did no wrong at all. The indictment for "theft, attempted theft, forgery, uttering, impersonating an officer, falsification and tampering with records" was baseless, even though you plead guilty to some of the charges.

interestingly, i just finished watching a Frontline report on the huge problem of plea bargaining in our criminal justice system, of innocent people convicted on lesser charges in order to either stay out of prison, or face less time in prison. it certainly gives me pause in your case - but again - why tell us? you should be writing to the ACLU.

A privately owned Juvenile Justice Center that is a federal Non-profit corporation?

Prisons allow prisoners to join forum sites?

I also find it hard to believe that Ohio is somehow getting away with not having any federal childrens programs when a simple google check tells us otherwise.

But, hey. What do I know...I live in Florida.

Then you explain to me the juvenile detention centers, group home, alternative schools, etc. here in Ohio. There are plenty of programs in Ohio for children of all races. They prevent all programs and funds for public schools? How are they operating then?
