"Piracy by an organised group carries a punishment of between 10 and 15 years in Russia."

I don't know how a group as big and as well known as greenpeace could possibly have 'piracy' as a crime.

The new buzz words is eco-terrorism used to distract attention away from what people are actualy protesting about. The russians are being quite reasonable - the french blew up their ship the japanese run them down with their factory ships and oil companies try and bully environmentalists in to silence and buy off politicians. It takes a massive oil spill to get people to sit up and take notice. Fracking has caused massive environmental damage in the US bet you never hear about it on mainstream TV.
