its not a conspiracy theory.

So the Jews killed Jesus(wanted him dead) because god told them to? that doesnt make sense!

Revelations is about Jesus coming to be killed on the cross in the name of mercy because the jewish people had forsaken god's wishes...it says this!. Revelations is NOT about the end times! Revelations has already happen!

You are completely forgetting that there was CONFLICT between Jesus and the Jewish LAW. Conflict means that SOMEONE is WRONG on there point of view.

Jesus's reasoning=God's word

Jewish reasoning=Moses's Word that Moses says is gods word.

Jesus was killed because the Jewish people DIDNT AGREE with Jesus's word and view on god! If they did then the jewish people would have accepted Jesus...THEY STILL DONT TO THIS DAY BECAUSE THEY THINK JESUS IS WRONG AND MOSES WAS RIGHT!

You ignore again and again the basic events that are happening and you dont even see WHY he is being killed!

I like his/her idea's. I haven't heard of some of them before and they give a different outlook on things.

Whats wrong with questioning or investigating different angles on christian or religious beliefs?

I see nothing wrong with it, if you like his ideas then you talk to him, I don't like his ideas. Why should he pick me, who does not like his views, to keep dumping them on me? You can take him with you and start a conversation.

He's not picking on you, he is giving his opinion on religion in a thread about religion. It's what we do around here. We post, they post, we give an opinion they give an opinion. If you want no interaction you should blog, not post in a forum where interaction is encouraged I would think.

Iam just sharing my views with others to see what they think. Ive noticed that many people believe in both Moses word and Jesus's word when they contradict one another.

I love this comparison about the car Mickiel. Good for you for thinking critically and seeking the truth. I also think it spells good news for "sinful humanity." I've always thought, if the majority or all of us will not be mercifully accepted by some means then what would the point of even having the bible be, but to guide us.

Particularly, I'm loving the conversations happening at The World Table right now. Yours I'm sure would be a welcome addition. I think the site is fairly new though. Thanks for setting an example for everyone to be open minded and do their own searching.

What's going on with humanity for that matter?

I think we can, just that we can't rely on the people who have decided to explain the book.

Up pops the bible again, in literally everything I have experienced in life, the bible has covered it in one fashion or another. Its like a living book! Spaning our history in an endless role of relevance. Its got little living gems all in it!

Why Have I been discussing the bible for years? Well I believe it is a most relevant book; observe Philippians 4:8, " Finally bretheren, whatever is true, honorable, pure, lovely, gracious and excellent, if its worthy of praise, think about these things. The bible is all those things, inspite of its errors and mistranslations.

Its simply a true book; its honorable, it is simply a well written book, by any standard you wish to apply to it.

I'll put it up against any book you like. Its not only worth reading, its worth investegating.

In 1 Corinthians 2:9, " This is what is meant by scriptures which say that no mere man has ever seen, heard, or even imagined what wonderful things God has ready for those who Love him, ( and those of us who will be given that love for him; which again is all of us).

This means that no religion, no preacher or pastor, no spiritual teacher and no church on earth, has ANY clue what God has prepared for humanity. None of us has a clue what the Kingdom of Heaven is going to be like. No human, let me stress that again, NO human has even imagined it! Even our wildest dreams don't even get close to what our great God's world is like. Oh we all like to give the impression that we know and have an idea, but we just don't.

And I am starting to believe that about the bible, the word of God; we just don't have a clue what it really is teaching! We have screwed it up in our traditions for so long, tampered with things we really don't understand for so long, its just a shame. We don't know how to pray, how to study, how to talk to God, how to read his word; were just all scrapped up! You just would not believe just how far off we are.

In John 18:36 Jesus told Pilate that he is not an earthly King, he said his Kingdom is not of this world, so why would he somehow " Place it into his followers"; put a Kingdom within them that does not even exist here? The Kingdom of God is not here now, and never has been; but when Jesus was here, that was the best look at it we had.

And he's gone. And he never said he would leave his Kingdom behind. So that's just another manner in which we have messed up biblical teachings and created our own; this teaching of the Kingdom being within people. Its no such thing.

Notice that phrase, " Rightly handling the word of truth." That right there has messed up at least 97 % of believers in God; they believe how and what someonelse has taught them concerning the bible. And thats a shame, and they are not even aware of this.

They think they have been taught right, and their teachers think they are teaching right.

Jesus talked about the bible when he said in Matt. 13:10-15 that people just will not see and understand its true message. Look right at it, and not see it. Both believers and unbelievers; they will see it, and hear it, but NEVER understand it!

Why??

Because, he said, their hearts have grown dull. Deep down inside, they are not really all that interested.

What could make someone not interested in the truth?

Well you sidetrack their minds with " Other Things." You get the bible off the front page and fill that page with " Other Things."

Jesus announced that God's Kingdom was near, Mark 1:15, and he described that as " Good News." So its coming, its going to happen, we have no choice but to wait. But religious people have turned that Good News into horrible frightening news; because they have used the bible as a weapon, and as a hell hacket, and distorted the message of God's Good Kingdom!

Because they don't know what their doing!

In 1 Tim. 2:3-4 it is a good and acceptable thing to God to have every single human ever born to be saved and to come into his true knowledge. I think one of the most beautiful scriptures in the bible; just a stunning revelation about God's true intentions; and religion just does not get it?

It is not unusual for these things to appear in human history; things are just here, that could have come from things not of this earth. Many people believe in these types of communication, I think the bible is one of them. I actually believe its an " Other worldly communication." That is not insane, its historical, its scientific, its unusual, its logical, its accepted by many, thus its possible.

Given the historical reaction to the bible, we must then say it is perhaps the greatest other wordly communication we have ever experienced in history. Things like Stone Henge and others have not had this kind of reaction. It seems academic that we research it more. Because it is an actual communication that " Partnered with humans and made the personal one on one connection." Which is astounding. It presupposes that a being called God and Jehovah, establish this connection and inspired this communication. This is incredible! Then it goes further and states that the Son of this being transformed and came to earth, and we have historical evidence of this.

This is stunning in my view.

When dealing with extratelestrials we just have to admit, were automatically in the dark. Starting your understanding from the dark is difficult at best; but when they actually visit the earth, change their appearence to look like us, then what can you say?

1 John 4:14, " We have SEEN and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the World." So people actually saw Jesus, we have the actual bones of two people who saw him, Caiaphas the High Priest, and Simon the Cyrenian ; we got their bone boxes. The High Priest actually slapped Jesus in the face.

These people saw an extratelestrial.

Notice WHY God sent Jesus, " To SAVE THE WORLD", meaning all of us, not just believers.

Why would the Great God, only want to give eternal life to those who " Believe in him?" That makes no sense at all. God KNOWS its not easy to believe in him, he KNOWS that; he also knows he must GIVE belief to the human, its not something self generated.

See religion has messed this whole thing up. Especially Christianity. Just confused so many people, because they don't know what they are talking about.

Human belief or unbelief is meaningless to God, its nothing to him. WE mean more to God than our belief.

6 years I have been working on this thread, and it still yet needs more work. I would like to one day know God and complettely understand his word, because its just so much in that bible; so much. In Job 42:2 Job said that God can do everything! Imagine that; I think it would be quite something to know him.

Or just know his word and understand it.

In Phil. 3:21 it shows that Jesus has the power " To subdue all things to himself ", and he already promised that if he be lifted up that he would ' draw all men to him', which literally means " Drag' everyone to him. Then God in Isaiah 45:23 swears to force every human to submit to him; hey, these beings have planned to do this thing by force, not by the ways and means that religion has been teaching. They are coming to take over this planet.

Their going to take it, and its nothing none of us will be able to do about it. Their going to rip this planet apart in a display of power like none of us have ever seen. Their not going to ask you to believe, their going to make you believe.

In John 4:42, again Jesus is described as " The Savior of the World." And in 1 John 4:14 saving the whole world is what the Father God sent him to do. So this truth of " Universal Salvation" is just not believed or taught by world religions. We all been duped into believing in this crazy insane eternal hell doctrine by the Christians, and this arcane limited salvation that they have pimped into the world.

And the real truth is just sitting here; right here in the bible, ready to shift gears in you're mind; and you are ignoring it?

Well it would not change you much from where you are now, because knowledge does not always cause change. Awareness does not change who you are and how you are. It could change what you believe, yes.

There is no need to fear God's existence , he himself will change us all at the same moment in the future. The change he will make will be like a birth, totally new, but much of you're consciousness will remain intact, what will be subtracted is sin; evil, doubt, pain, ignorance and weaknesses.

Then with this new existence, we will begin to understand much more about God and ourselves; why we even exist.

We will even know where God is from; Habakkuk 1:12, " He is from everlasting!" And we all are going to understand what that means.

In Job 36: 26, " Behold, ( or observe), God is Great, and we know him Not!" Well you can't tell a Christian this, because its beyond their great pride! We don't know God, but we may be destined to know a little bit more than we do; and I don't think we will ever know everything about God, in the coming future we will just have to be content with what is revealed to us about him.

Humans stink up knowledge and take it through the dirt in our minds. But we will be shifted away from that.

This verse right here saves all of humanity, it shows no sin can stop us from being with God. He is reasoning this thing out to perfection, our future with him is secure, even if your own self gets in the way.

You ever wonder why so many Christians talk about so many ways that a sinner cannot be forgiven for something; but Jesus taught in Matt. 12:31 , he said " All MANNERS of sin and Blasphemy shall be forgiven."

ALL Manners of sin AND ALL manners of blasphemy, totally wiped out; humanity will be charged with nothing! Manner means the way that something is done; it does not matter how we sin, how long we sin, or how much different each sin from the other, Jesus said ALL of it shall be forgiven.

Nothing can stop us all from being with God!
