Not frivolous at all, LC. It's aggravating when you try to send off a PM only to find the box is full. Happens to me all the time. I'm anal about keeping mine empty!

Ouch that sounds painful!! :D

I wouldn't worry to much about not getting pm's. I mean I don't get virtually any, but then I just figure no-one has anything private to say to me. Can't say it's the end of the world, well not much anyway, grumble, grumble.. :p

Chris, sorry, but it is the end of the world. It makes us seem unpopular............ (and now we've actually advertised the fact :yh_doh ).

Maybe we should start a support group?

(Of course, not that I really care. Who needs pms? :yh_liar )

Hahaha whoops me and my big mouth eh!!

Yeah nice idea with the support group. For all of those who are in shock and horror at not getting any pm's. Though as u say who needs pm's though right?? I mean we're just setting up this group, it's not as if it's for our benefit!! :D

You are so right, Chris. We have no need of such a group. But, being of unselfish nature and generous spirit, let's set it up for others, for poor unfortunates who might actually care that they receive no pms.

Now we need a name...anyone good at acronyms?

I'm glad u agree, we will have to be joint presidents of our group.

Hmmm as far as a name goes, I'm not really sure. How about the PMS group?? Hmm maybe not. Might need a slogan for the group too, that I may be a little better at, let me have a think.......

Why thanks OS, thought that motto was alright, nice to see someone else likes it. You are right about the pm's I mean if u don't really send any, then u are unlikely to get much yourself. I do pm a bit, but probably not as much as I could. But then I like to try and chat as much in the open as I can, then on a personal basis, unless it's a touchy subject where privacy is of course, important.

Oh yesss! Very good...:wah:

(I just had one but don't tell anyone. I don't want to be excluded from the group before I even had "President Theia" on the headed paper. And if I'm forced to leave the pm support group I'll be in the land of nowhere with nothing. This is my opportunity to be a somebody and I'm not going to throw it away.)

Any joy with the name?

Glad u like it hehehe. I can understand not wanting to leave our group, this is our big chance to do something for our community!!

Perhaps we should just leave it simple and call it the PM support group, rather than anything fancy?? No other ideas came to mind yet though. Oh and doesn't President Theia and President Chris sound good!! :wah:

Well yeah we do need a good name, then we can set up our little group, and see how it goes. :)

I still feel the name should be something simple, and not too complex. U still have no ideas yet??

My thoughts on the name would be something like: FG - gotta have that at the start. Then Private Message and finally then something to end. Like the FG Private Message clinic, 'where we will attend to all your PM needs'.

Why don't you call them Byline messages or something like that, instead of Private Messages? That way, every morning you can brag about the wonderful BM you had this morning or complain you haven't had one in days. :yh_rotfl

Oh! I didn't think of that :-2 :yh_blush

I don't know...possibly...but there's this great new support group being set up (I'm co president, not that it's important) and you could become our first member. Any ideas on what we could call it?

Hahaha some how I can't see us calling the group the losers, no matter how accurate it may be!! :wah:

I'm still more for something simple and easy to remember. All we need is a name, and I can open up the group. Any suggestions anyone??

I rarely send or receive pm's. I don't normally see the point except for the few death threats I've sent, but those were completely justified. ;)

I think it would be a good idea to send random pm's to each other, just to say hi I'm thinking about you. How about that idea?
