If up to me maybe not that much, but he would walk out a millionaire.
Far as I can see there is no exact way to equate such damages in terms of money.

I would find the name of every individual responsible for his care (even for a minute) and take the 4 million out of their earnings on a weekly basis. I know, just a fantasy. He deserved the money but some careers need to end.
