Finding a large birds nest in my Grapefruit Tree today.

It is very cool - wooven with different threads from my yard.

and then I laughed all day with my Sister and then and and I smile & laugh alot.:wah:

The nest - it's a work of art.

I prefer to think of them as lighthearted or uplifting... fluffy bunny posts were used as weapons back in the bad old days and don't hold a pleasant connotation for me.

On the subject of things that made me smile.........I went into a place to get some take-out. I could tell the girl behind the counter was kinda grumpy. We chatted a bit and she made the comment that it had been the kind of day that made her almost want to quit her job. I asked if it had been really busy, she replied no but it was truck day and she was there by herself. We chatted on for a bit and then she says.....I don't know what it is about you but I can be in the worst mood and when you come in here I brighten right up, and you don't even say that much. Obviously that made my day and made me smile!

I was out again today, and went into a place for some take-out. When I walked in one of the girls who works there said. Good Morning Beautiful! Of course that made me smile!

JJ you should like this one.

I was shopping today and I noticed they have gotten in the fruit trees. I went over to see if there were any I might want to add to the orchard. I looked at the tag on a peach tree to see it's name. It said...Belle of Georgia! Of course that made me smile.

My baby's gonna be in a wedding. He will be the ringbearer. The couple have a baby girl who will be around 9 months old at the time of the wedding. I found out today that they want Jake to pull a little red wagon down the aisle with the baby sitting in it. I thought this is very unique but I had to smile because it sounds really cute!

I was talking with someone and the subject of age came up. They attempted to guess my age, and guessed me about 10 years younger than I am.......of course that made me smile!

They went back in.

I only keep a few a year and those are cooked over an open fire on a warm summer evening in the back-country. Delicious in so many ways.
