Thanks, gang.

Oscar, my husband and I were standing on that deck when

I said "Sweetie, buy me this house" and he said "Yes, dear"

and we had the real estate lady cracking up... in something

like 25 years in the biz, she'd never had anyone actually BUY a

house at an Open House!! Deck requires quite a bit of

maintenance (I paint it every year) but I do get so much

enjoyment out of it in the summers when everything is leafed

out, I sit out there and read for hours!
