I must say it does warm my heart to see sooooo many people reaching out to help others....those they do not know but who need help.
Not to mention the music is awesome!
Perhaps there is still hope for us ~ no matter where we live, what we do or what we believe in.
I think it is basic human nature....but then again I experience FG! :yh_rotfl
Yeah...perhaps I live in a bubble but it is nice and warm in here!

Wow! The Who had a great rock performance! And to think they are older then most of us!!! Awesome!! Richard Daltrey along with Peter Townshend and his windmill sweep on the guitar was fun!!
And all this to help those who have lost so much.
Yeah....call me a groupie! I love music...it moves the soul!!!:guitarist:guitarist:wah:

I love the arts....musicians...artist...writers.....they all paint a picture that is outside most of us. However with their colours they paint a scene we can step into when our minds reach out...
Billy Joel is performing right now....

I'm surprised this wasn't advertised more. This is the first I heard about it. I reckon I'm a little late to the show.

Here in NYC the concert was promoted for some weeks now. It wasn't until yesterday or so that it was advertised to be on TV, although it had already been promoted it was live on radio. I went to bed at Kanye West, didn't see Billy Joel or Paul McCartney. It was magnificant! My favorites being, I think, because everyone was great, Roger Waters & Eddie Vedder. Really great show, older audience in the main.
eta-----Eric Clapton! My oh my, like a day never passed.
