TBH, American football is not a difficult game to play. You get the ball and try not to let other people hurt you. If you can run fast and endure needless, senseless pain, follow elementary instructions and be willing to be treated disrespectfully by most coaches, you can play. As that little girl continues to grow her body won't transform into one which can tolerate the slamming around by very large and strong men necessary to continue to play that ridiculous game.

For those of us who played football when we were younger, the long term physical pain we live with is not worth it.

I didn't say it WAS a difficult game to play. I've played it, albeit 'flag' or 'touch' versions.

The little girl said (some place else, not this vid) that she would like to play soccer

eventually, so her body would be able to handle that, plus she'd play probably with

her own gender.
